Ergon Energy Hughenden Depot Amenities and Auto Gate Upgrade

The scope included the demolition of existing amenities, followed by the construction of new, modern amenities incorporating toilets, showers, lockers, and supporting services. Temporary amenities were provided during construction to maintain operational continuity.

Internal building modifications included the conversion of existing amenity areas into office space, along with alterations to an existing office to create a new meeting room and associated outdoor area, including a BBQ shade structure. These works encompassed:
• Structural alterations
• New partitions
• Services upgrades (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical)
• Finishes, Joinery, Furniture, and Final Fit-Out.

External works formed a significant component of the project and included demolition and replacement of existing fencing, installation of new perimeter fencing, and a new automated vehicle access gate with
integrated power and security systems.

Additional external improvements saw new concrete pathways and car parking areas, bollards, wheel stops, line marking, landscaping, and final site clean-down.
