SCOPE OF WORK
This project comprised of a comprehensive package of building refurbishment, structural upgrades, and external works to modernise the site and improve functionality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Main Office Area
This area was demolished and reconfiguration of a new office layout undertaken.
Scope included:
• Installation of new frames, insulation and plasterboard lining. Frames were adjusted for enlarged office zones
• Grid Ceiling reinstatement
• Installation of new doors and hardware
• The area was painted throughout and finished with new vinyl flooring and furniture and fixtures installation.
• A full electrical and mechanical upgrade was included in the scope
• The Comms Room within this area was also refurbished and integrated into newly configured office circulation route.
Quiet Rooms, Rear Entry Corridor & Existing Board Room
These areas were similarly refurbished, with improved access pathways to the corridor supporting new internal circulation flow.
New Meeting and Lunch Room Building
• Full demolition of existing structures
• External infill to existing wall interfaces.
• Installation of operable wall structural steel.
• Framing for ceilings, walls, battens, and bulkheads.
• Timber sill and architrave works for integration with existing windows.
• Plasterboard linings, insulation, and making good to existing building fabric.
• Installation of operable wall

External Works
Construction of the new HV Awning involving excavation of footings, structural steel installation, roofing, guttering, downpipes, and associated slab and ramp adjustments, followed by new pedestrian
walkways and line marking.
Upgrades to ramps, stairs, and accessibility areas including demolition of existing elements, construction of new concrete ramps and steps, installation of handrails, additional BA-compliant ramps, nosings, TGSI’s, and integration with the surrounding external works.
Fleet Shade Area involved demolition of existing concrete, contaminated soil removal, construction of RW1, slab pours, retaining wall infill, structural steel erection, roofing, service upgrades, bollards, bird netting, and line marking.
Works to the Albert Street boundary saw demolition for the new fence alignment, cabling and conduit installation, relocation of electrical and comms pits, installation of new palisade fencing, new fire exit gate,
and staged installation, testing, and commissioning of cantilever entry and exit gates, with final bollards and turf reinstatement completing the area.

INNOVATION
