SCOPE OF WORK
The scope included the following: Re-roofing several buildings, lead paint remediation, internal & external painting works, and general building maintenance works such as new windows & louvers, miscellaneous finishing carpentry works and minor structural alterations.
INNOVATION
V2R in consultation with subcontractors and industry experts opted for a process of stripping lead paint from the weatherboard cladding through an environmentally friendly product which encapsulates the lead-based paint for safe disposal. This option not only reduced the risk of the lead-based paint removal for the workers & environment, but it was done so at no extra cost to the client.
