SCOPE OF WORK
The scope included the following: Construct compliant ambulant disabled amenities, PWD amenity to ground floor office, PWD toilet & shower to basement floor, removal of redundant sanitary fixtures, tapware & plumbing, installation of new sanitary fixtures and pipework, and replacement of internal stairs.
INNOVATION
V2R Projects identified that the drawings called for tile beds and floor tiles to be laid on what was an existing timber floor. We recommended that this we changed to vinyl.
